These terms govern every purchase made on this website. Placing an order means you accept them, so it is worth a read — particularly the sections on specification, delivery and returns.
By browsing this website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms together with our privacy policy, refund policy and shipping policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

We sell paper and paper products — copier and printing reams, letterhead and bond stock, art and specialty sheets, card and board, kraft and packaging paper, and thermal and billing rolls.
Each listing states its grammage (GSM), sheet size and pack quantity, and those stated figures are the specification you are contracting for. Where a product page offers selectable options, the combination you choose is recorded against your order and shown on your invoice.
Paper is a mill product and the following ordinary variations are not defects:
Where a job requires absolute consistency, tell us before ordering and we will supply from a single batch. Colours on your screen are an approximation; screens differ and paper shade cannot be represented exactly.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST at 12% and of shipping. The total shown in your order summary is the total payable; nothing further is added at checkout or on delivery.
A GST invoice bearing the applicable HSN code is issued with every dispatch and emailed to the address on the order. If you require your firm's name and GSTIN on the invoice for input credit, provide them at the time of ordering — we cannot reissue an invoice with a GSTIN added after dispatch.
Prices may change at any time before an order is placed. If a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price through a technical or clerical error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at that price.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract comes into existence only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where stock is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, where the delivery address cannot be serviced, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive use of the store.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact number you provide. Orders returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable may be re-shipped at your cost.
We accept UPI through any UPI application, and cash on delivery. UPI payments are processed by a third-party gateway; we do not receive or store your payment credentials. If a UPI payment is debited but the order does not confirm, the amount is normally reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days — send us the transaction reference and we will chase it with the gateway.
Cash on delivery is available on serviceable PIN codes at no additional charge. The exact amount shown on your order must be paid to the courier in cash at the time of delivery; couriers do not carry change for large notes and cannot accept part payment.
You may inspect the outer packaging before paying. You may not open the parcel before payment. Refusing delivery of a correctly supplied cash-on-delivery order without reason may result in us declining cash on delivery on future orders from that address.
Orders are Dispatched within 24 hours on business days, and delivery takes 3–8 business days across India depending on distance. These are estimates given in good faith, not guaranteed dates, and courier networks are occasionally delayed by weather, strikes or local restrictions.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes when payment has cleared in full. Full detail is on the shipping policy page.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch. After dispatch, unopened reams and packs in their original mill wrap may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Because paper absorbs moisture from the air the moment a wrapper is broken, opened packs cannot be resold and are not accepted on a change of mind. This restriction does not apply to stock that arrives damaged, wet, mis-cut, short-supplied or different from what was ordered — that is replaced or refunded regardless. You agree not to place orders using false identity, contact or address details, not to attempt to interfere with the site's security or availability, not to scrape or republish our catalogue, and not to use the store for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse service and cancel orders where these terms are breached.
The design, layout, text, photographs and code of this website belong to GANESHA ENTERPRISE or are used under licence, and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without written permission. Third-party brand names shown on product listings remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the goods sold.
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost profit, lost print jobs, missed deadlines or wasted printing costs — arising from a delay, a defect or a shortfall.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where it results from an event outside our reasonable control, including natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, strike, civil unrest, government action, courier network failure or failure of public utilities. Where such an event continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel the affected order and we will refund you in full.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the place of our registered office.
