Dispatch times

Orders are Dispatched within 24 hours on business days. An order placed on a Sunday or a public holiday is picked and packed the next working morning.

Very large orders, custom-cut stock and items we bring in against a specific indent take longer, and we tell you the expected date by email rather than letting you wonder.

Delivery windows

Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–8 business days across India. Roughly:

These are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees. Courier networks slow down around festivals, and weather, strikes and local restrictions occasionally add a day or two.

Shipping charges

Shipping is included in the price shown on every product page. There is no delivery charge added at checkout, no fuel surcharge, and no extra fee for paying cash on delivery. The total in your order summary is exactly what you pay.

Bulk consignments moving by surface freight or on a pallet are quoted separately, with the freight cost stated in writing before you confirm.

How we pack paper

Paper is hygroscopic — it draws moisture out of the air, and once it has, it curls, jams and will not feed. So packing is not an afterthought here:

• Reams travel in their original mill wrap, which is a moisture barrier as much as it is packaging. We never break a wrapper to split a pack.
• Everything goes into a corrugated box, never a courier bag — bagged paper arrives with crushed corners.
• Large sheets and art paper ship flat where the size allows, or rolled in a rigid tube where it does not.
• Rolls are boxed upright so the ends are not flattened in transit.
• Heavy consignments are strapped to a base board so the stack does not shift and score the sheets.

Where we deliver

We deliver to any serviceable PIN code in India. The checkout page validates your six-digit PIN code and checks it against the state you selected, so a mismatch is caught before the order is placed rather than after it has been packed.

We do not currently ship outside India. If a courier turns out to be unable to reach your address at all, we contact you and refund in full rather than leaving the order in limbo.

Tracking your parcel

Every order gets a reference beginning GP, emailed to you the moment the order is placed. Enter it on the track order page at any time to see where the order has reached.

Once the parcel is handed over, the courier's own tracking number and a link to their tracking page appear on the same screen.

Receiving the parcel

Please check the outer box before signing for it or paying the courier:

• If the box is wet, stained or visibly crushed, refuse the delivery. Water damage to paper is permanent and cannot be dried out.
• If the seal has been tampered with, refuse it and tell us the same day.
• If it looks fine but the contents are wrong or damaged, photograph everything and email us within 48 hours.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, which is why that quick check at the door matters.

Delays and failed delivery

If your parcel has not moved for more than three business days, send us the order reference and we will raise it with the courier and keep you posted rather than asking you to chase them yourself.

Couriers normally attempt delivery up to three times. If nobody is reachable the parcel comes back to us; we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which is chargeable where the address or contact number given was wrong.

Bulk and pallet delivery

Consignments above roughly 50 kg move by surface freight rather than courier. Delivery is normally to the ground floor at a point the vehicle can reach — unloading beyond that, and any lift or stair carriage, needs to be arranged in advance.
